Looking at that list makes me think.... there are places my avatar hasn't been in for 2-3 years.. maybe since the first time I discovered them.

I miss exploring... getting all the TP's was very fun at the time, I remember how happy I was when I reached Hades after passing those dreaded mountains with spiders and big argos... the good old days Smile

hehehe soooo true I remember running with Bez through half the continent (yes, THE continent, Amethera was pretty new and closed to noobs like me): Orthos to Zeus through Ithaca. The two of us could almost kill an Armax!! how cool is that? Laughing Most of the time it was: don't get too close, or run to the water! Atrox young! OH SHIT! hehehehe I almost miss being a noob... Maybe we should start over? nahhh that wouldn't be the same Sad

Yeah, my tp run with Sniqs was great piece of fun Smile I remember this uncertainty coming close to Minopolis or Ithaca, whether I meet a spider or not (and Sniqs saying: "there's one sitting up there" and I was following Sniqs with my eyes closed) Very Happy And later exploring Amethera on my own, keeping a distance to all red dots, no matter what they were, and this satisfaction when I've reached another tp... Very Happy Yeap, good times.
Btw, I remember that Mal was about to make an event for noobs, tp run, to help them gather all teleports. Maybe we should return to this idea, could be fun visiting forgotten places, protecting noobs and so on Smile

what one should do is little team hunting events where you just train from one TP to the next...

Ah, Palms corner. My old nemesis. Laughing

I remember wandering south of PA in my early days, I found this enormous spaceship hovering in the sky. Next thing I knew I got shot by a warrior and was swimming north from the (The) outpost.

Also remember my first encounter with an atrax, it killed me in one blow and ran on over my corpse. I was awestruck.

Have been too short of time for running noobs to tps recently. Even when I had the time only a tiny % stay ingame. Otherwise this would be a cool period for getting some mentoring done, with 2x skillgain. If you got them prospecting in a orderly manner they could graduate in days probably.

Next sochunt should definitly be dedicated to getting some OJs through Eudoria or Amethera.
